A. IDENTITY OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY:
PASO AL RINCÓN S.A.S. (CASA CHAVELA) HAS IMPLEMENTED A COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES. THIS PRIVACY NOTICE IS BASED ON ARTICLES 15 AND 16 OF THE MEXICAN LAW. CASA CHAVELA (PASO AL RINCÓN S.A.S.) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; ITS ADDRESS IS LOCATED AT CARRETERA FEDERAL CUERNAVACA TEPOZTLÁN KM 15.3, TEPOZTLÁN MORELOS, C.P. 62520. IN THIS REGARD, IT INFORMS YOU AS FOLLOWS:

B. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data that "CASA CHAVELA" collects from you is necessary for the service you request, and will be used for the following purposes:
For the provision of our services (as defined later), and to comply with the purposes of the processing specified in this privacy notice, it is necessary and/or required by applicable regulations that "CASA CHAVELA" use:

a) Your personal identification data, to (i) quote services and products, (ii) provide the services and products you request, (iii) notify you about new services or products related to those already contracted or purchased, (iv) communicate changes in them, (v) prepare studies and programs necessary to determine consumption habits, (vi) conduct periodic evaluations of our products and services to improve their quality, (vii) keep our records updated, evaluate the quality of the service we provide, and (viii) maintain general communication and follow up on our commercial relationship, and (ix) in general, to comply with the obligations we have contracted with you.

b) We collect your personal data directly when you provide it to us through various means, such as when you request a proposal or quotation, participate in our promotions, or give us information to provide our services.

c) The data we obtain through these means may include, among others: full name, home phone and/or cell phone number, email address, signature, physical and/or fiscal address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and/or Unique Population Registry Code (CURP). Sensitive data: Copy of the deed of incorporation with its latest modification, Copy of the power of attorney of the legal representative.

C. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Sensitive personal data are those that affect the most intimate sphere of the data subject, or whose improper use may lead to discrimination or result in serious risks to the data subject. Sensitive data include those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, current and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preferences. If you contract our services, the sensitive personal data we request from you will be related to health or disabilities and will be used solely to provide you with better service and meet your specific needs.

D. PURPOSE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Purposes arising from the legal relationship and necessary for the provision of the service:

The personal information you provide will be used by "CASA CHAVELA" to provide the services you request or that are part of a program you have enrolled in, or from a purchase you have made: reservations, purchase of event packages, organization of social events and meetings, purchase of tourism products and/or services.

"CASA CHAVELA" may use the personal information you provide to offer you a better service and, if applicable, identify your preferences during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
Purposes that do not arise from the legal relationship and are not necessary for the provision of the service:

We may also use the information to offer you promotions and commercial and tourism products, send promotions, special services, newsletters, surveys, prize raffles, and other online contests.

E. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
When you, as a Customer, Supplier, Employee, or Visitor, come to our facilities, you may be video recorded by the security cameras of "CASA CHAVELA" (PASO AL RINCÓN S.A.S.) located at Carretera Federal Cuernavaca Tepoztlán km 15.3, C.P. 62520. The images and sounds captured by the cameras will be used for the security of both the company and the people who visit us.

F. LIMITATION OF USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may, at any time, express your opposition to the processing of purposes that do not arise from the legal relationship or are not necessary for the provision of the service, which you may request by email at rincon.meztitla@gmail.com, indicating the email address(es) and/or phone number(s); you may also revoke your consent as described in section G.

G. EXERCISING RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION
Access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding the information you provide to "CASA CHAVELA," as indicated in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or the revocation of consent granted for the processing of your personal data, can be made by submitting a written request to the Personal Data Department at the following address: Carretera Federal Cuernavaca Tepoztlán km 15.3, Tepoztlán Morelos, C.P. 62520, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, or to the email rincon.meztitla@gmail.com.

Such a request must include at least the following: (i) the name of the data subject; (ii) email address for notifications; (iii) documents proving identity or, if applicable, legal representation of the data subject; (iv) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which the right is being exercised and the right to be exercised; (v) any other element or document that helps locate the personal data. If the request does not meet any of the requirements mentioned above, the personal data department may request those additional elements or documents be provided within 5 days of receiving the request. You will have 10 days to address the request, and if no response is provided within that period, the request will not be submitted.

The response will be provided within a maximum of 20 days from the date the request is received, informing you of the final decision. If the request is granted, you will be able to exercise it within 15 days following the response. To protect your confidentiality, "CASA CHAVELA" will send the response to the email you have provided for this purpose and will keep it available to the applicant at the address mentioned above.

H. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
"CASA CHAVELA" may update this privacy notice at any time. If substantial changes occur, we will notify you through our website https://www.casachavela.com/. Therefore, we suggest you visit this privacy notice periodically to stay informed of any updates.
I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice, and if not, I will communicate this to CASA CHAVELA as indicated in sections F and G of this Privacy Notice.
